To ensure that you’re working out at the proper intensities, we will go through fitness testing and heart-rate training — to establishes your optimal exercise intensities (or “zones”), durations, and frequencies based on your metabolism, heart rate, current level of fitness, and health or fitness goals.
Step 2: The training program
We will design a program that fits your metabolic needs to get the result you want, and we will guide you through every step of its completion . (review and assessment every two weeks until completion of the chosen duration of the program.
